Wensleydale Agricultural Show is a traditional dales show, located close to Leyburn, North Yorkshire in the heart of Wensleydale, with an extensive range of competitive events for livestock such as sheep, cattle, horses, plus horticultural and handicraft classes and will  feature poultry classes which was successfully reintroduced in 2010. There are over 60 classes ranging from large fowls to true bantams and an egg section. Dry Stone Walling and Wensleydale Sheep competitions reflect local aspects. Ring displays continue throughout the day, many trade stands offer a wide range of products and produce, brass bands play, and quoits competitions can be entered on the day.  At the 2012 show (25th August 2012)  the main ring event will be the impressive ‘Inch Perfect Trials Display’ motorcycle stunt display team.
